I can't believe we are getting more snow, sleet and ice. It's suppose to begin tonight or early morning, and go through Wednesday evening. This time it's coming from New Mexico all the way up to Connecticut. You can hardly find snow rakes or ice picks, and forget snow blowers. Thank the Lord we bought a new snow blower in September. :) Sunday, people heard that a store had gotten a shipment of rakes in and they were waiting in line for the store to open at 9:00 A.M. Today a few stores had them over- nighted from Chicago, but as soon as the word got around more lines, and in one town they had to have a police officer directing traffic in to the store. We don't have one, but hubby got the snow off the screen porch, and beyond that we will pray. Besides isn't this just one of the reasons we pay homeowners insurance.
Everyday it snows we are setting new records. I told someone today I was so glad I was a part of the record breaking snowfalls of January 2011 ):

Benedict January 11, 2011
Oh my goodness I didn't think it was ever going to quit snowing. This was a record for Connecticut. Most everyone's work was called off, as was church. Here are some beautiful pictures.

Unfinished Projects
A Kitchen-Aid cover for a special person!
Guess whose kitchen this belongs to? This is an unfinished Christmas present. It's finished today and hopefully will be in the mail tomorrow. We might have snow tomorrow so that will be the only thing to delay it.
